Children’s sewing classes

Sewing is a brilliant activity for children. It allows them to play with their creativity, gives them a huge sense of achievement and develops an important life skill. You and your child will be amazed at what they can create!

Our afternoon sessions give your child the flexibility to work on whatever they want. From cushions to clothes and art coursework. They are perfect for all abilities and interests. We foster a supportive, positive atmosphere in the studio with an emphasis on creativity and giving things a go.

Parents can drop off for the 2 hour class, stay and have a cuppa or even get involved with the sewing.

What’s included in our Children’s sewing classes:

  • Basic materials and all haberdashery. For advanced projects that need a dressmaking pattern, students can bring their own or purchase from Make it Fab.
  • Refreshments for students and parents who wish to stay.
